Once upon a time Valentine’s day was all about getting away. I’d plan and scheme and research to get away for a “romantic” break. These days I feel kind of hoodwinked by the soaring prices and set menus on Valentines Day. Don’t get me wrong I still want the romance but now it’s less likely to be on the day Hallmark says I should celebrate.
